Questions
What counts as a check?
One scheduled job you monitor. It has a name, a schedule (a cron expression or an interval) and its own ping URL.
Whose plan applies to a shared project?
The project owner's. Limits add up across every project you own: on Pro, all 10 projects share the same 100 checks.
What if a ping URL leaks on Free?
Revoking and regenerating ping URLs is a Pro and Business feature. On Pro, regenerate the URL from the check's page and the old one stops working immediately (it gets a 404), or use a ping key: create a new one, switch your job over, then revoke the old one. On Free, upgrade, or delete the check and create it again, which loses its ping history.
What does “early price” mean?
Pro costs $12 a month, or $108 a year, for anyone who subscribes now. You keep that price for as long as you stay subscribed. New customers will later pay $15 a month, or $12 a month billed yearly.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly?
Only how you pay. Monthly is $12 each month. Yearly is $108 once a year, which works out to $9 a month, 25% less. The plan is the same.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
No. Free has no time limit, so start there and upgrade when you need Pro's limits.
Can I get WhatsApp or phone-call alerts?
Yes, on Pro. WhatsApp is capped at 50 alerts a month and phone calls at 20, per account, with no overage charges. Once a cap is used, further alerts of that kind are skipped, not sent by email, and a failed send is not retried.
How does payment work?
Dodo Payments is our merchant of record. Checkout runs on Dodo's page, and your card details never reach FlatLyne's servers.
How do I cancel?
Open the billing page in the dashboard and choose Manage subscription. When the subscription ends, your account goes back to Free and the checks you own are paused. Nothing is deleted, and you can turn checks back on up to the Free limits.
Can I get a refund?
Not by default, but we refund billing mistakes like a double charge, and wherever the law requires it. See the refund policy.
